Police have charged a second man in the death of 20-year-old Tyler Johnson.
Officers arrested 25-year-old Sammy Brown of Philadelphia, NY, charging him with second-degree murder.
Earlier in the month, 26-year-old Jamaal Carr of Watertown was picked up in Syracuse and charged with second-degree murder in connection with the killing.
Back in May, Johnson was shot after two men reportedly entered a Pamelia home on State Route 37.
A woman inside the residence was not targeted and called 911, but Johnson later died at a Syracuse hospital.
As the investigation continues, both Brown and Carr are being held without bail.
