A head official in Massena is asking a judge to ban three people from his town.
According to the Watertown Daily Times, Town Supervisor Joseph Gray sent a letter to a judge, requesting Daquon Holmes, Jamar Carter and Janera Carter be barred from Massena town limits. The three, all from Utica, were recently arrested and found with more than $34,000 drugs in a vehicle they were in at the time.
As a result, Holmes was sentenced to four years prison, Janera Carter a half year in jail and Jamar was given probation.
Gray says the three make Massena less safe and that the "miscreants" should be court-ordered to stay out.
