Help coming to town of Orleans residents

Help from the state is coming to residents in the town of Orleans. People there have voiced their concerns over salt from a nearby Department of Transportation barn seeping into the water supply. On Thursday, Governor Andrew Cuomo sent a letter to town supervisor Kevin Rarick outlining a plan that will bring the town a new water main system, taking people off of those potentially contaminated wells.
