A candidate for Watertown City Judge wins another courtroom battle against his opponent.
Last week, the Appellate Division of state Supreme Court upheld a previous decision, which means Republican Tony Neddo can stay on the "Law and Order" party line.

Current City Judge Cathy Palermo brought the challenge forward, claiming Neddo fraudulently collected petitions.

The goal of the lawsuit: to have Neddo appear on one fewer line on the ballot this November.

With the ruling, though, Neddo will be on four lines, and Palermo five.
